Job description:Plan to change the bathroom suite. The bathroom measures roughly 2m x 2m. Summary of work including: Ripping out old suite - bath, wc, bidet, basin Ripping out tiles from bath area Removal of laminate flooring Laying of marine plywood on floor Installation of back to wall wc with concealed cistern Installation of wall hung basin with S-frame (The wc and basin will be next to each other) Making of stud wall to box in the concealed cistern and S-frame basin Installation of bath with bath screen Installation of shower with concealed thermostatic shower bath valves requiring 100mm cavity wall Boxing in cavity wall Boxing in end panel Tiling of 3 walls and floor Skimming of ceiling and installation of recessed lights I will be supplying the bathroom suite, taps, wastes and tiles.
