Job description:To remove existing pan and cistern, basin, bath and shower valve, shower pump, radiator, tiles and all associated waste pipe and copper pipe work all. To remove existing partition wall between the 2 bathrooms. To supply all labour to remove existing door frame and overboard existing toilet doorway. To supply all labour and materials to overboard the ceiling and fully plaster skim where required. To supply all labour and materials to overboard the walls and fully plaster skim where required. To supply all labour and materials to fit waste and copper pipe work to accept new bathroom equipment. To install a Pro4ma wetroom system comprising a 1200 x 900 shower base and appropriate floor panels, 15mm wallboard to clad 2 x side wall, all areas to be coated in liquid waterproof membrane. To supply all labour and materials to install 4 x chrome downlighters and 2 shower lights and relocate switches to outside the bathroom all complete with associated electrics. To supply all labour and materials to fit a Viega frame supplied by yourself, all complete with alterations to waste and copper pipe work as required to relocate as discussed. To supply all labour and materials to build a timber framework around the Viega frame from floor to ceiling. To supply all labour and materials to fit a towel warmer supplied by yourself, all complete with valves and all associated pipe work fitted within the wall.
