Job description:will require a standing shower, wc and wash basin. This area currently is an extended entrance porch towards the back of the property. one side is the exit door to the back garden, this will need to be sealed with wall or partition. right opposite to that the porch is attached with the conservatory glass wall so a partitioning will require there. right in between there is entry to the inside of the house in kitchen, this will be used as an entry to the shower room. job is to provide all the material, labour, plumbing, tiling and fitting.
