Job description:Rm is approx 1700mm by 2600mm Keeping WC & Basin - no plumbing necessary, new Taps for Basin. Remove old bath (poss need to remove bottom row of tiles to do so as bath is 'boxed in by 2 'walls') New shower bath inc glass screen, mixer tap for bath - needs to be plumbed in as tap currrently on left side of bath and wanting to right back corner) We have a tiled 'box' (head rm for stairs) boxing the bath in to the right - tiles will need to be removed from this section - we want a storage cupboard building (for linen etc) and also for new thermo-mixer shower to be mounted (pipes can be inside cupboard if necessary) Full Rm tiling - inc floor - over old tiles if easier/cheaper Floor currently no covering - needs to be tiled - no underfloor heating Have a heated towel rail but pipes have enough rm to accomodate another layer of tiles.
