Replace or repair tiled shower cubicle floor in Beeston and Holbeck

Job description:4 years ago i had a shower cubicle built. the floor is tiled with BAL waterproof grout and a sump drain. Recently the grouting and sump has begun to leak inot the kitchen cellar (below show). There is access to the drainage upwards from the kitchen ceiling. I need a specialist that can either repair, regroup or replace the floor of the shower, and/or recommended replacing the floor with a custom sized onepiece shower tray and replumb. thanks you.
