Job description:We have lots of things we want doing. There is a mixture of big and small jobs, and a mixture of types of work. We'd be interested in hearing from people who could do 1 or more of them. 1. A drain, probably from the top of the roof, has come loose and is hanging down over the bathroom window. (It's the top of a 3 floor house.) [The only priority job.] Other outside: 2. Re-concrete the (short) path leading to the house as it is cracking. 3. Repair the (old-style, concrete?) window sill. 4. Redo brick work on outside wall (not house wall). 5. There is a disused, outside loo which we would like to get in working order. Inside work: 6. There is a shower which has started to occasionally leak water through the ceiling below. The sealant has been changed. The shower looks to have have been a dodgy job so might need re-fitting altogether. 6. Fit a new bath to replace the existing one. 7. Replace the old lead pipes in the upstairs (top floor) bathroom. 8. Put in a light in the corner of the bathroom. Thanks.
