Job description:I need remediative work for a recent pipe leak in an upstairs flat. This work involves re-plastering the ceilings and repainting walls in the bathroom and kitchen of a small flat, and redoing the floors (preferably with cork tiles to replace the warped lino, but I am open to advice.) I then want to fit a new bath, basin and toilet (to replace existing), along with a shower over the bath plus associated screen. There is no shower at present so this will involve plumbing work and, I suspect, the fitting of a pump in order to boost existing pressure. (Again, I am open to advice on this point.) The overnight water heating element is also defective and needs to be fixed / replaced as appropriate. In addition to painting in the bathroom, tiling is required for the whole of one wall and part of two others. And finally, I hope to fit an elecric towel rail and extractor fan to replace the blow-heater and fan currently installed. I have selected, but not yet purchased, the bath, basin and toilet etc. but if 'supply and fit' is possible for tiling (and paint) then that would be helpful. The best approach regarding what electrical items are required is probably best discussed at time of quotation. However, I'm very much open to negotiation regarding any aspect of the job.
