Job description:The house is a 1930s semi in Meanwood/Chapel Allerton. When our bathroom was refitted two years ago, the installer built a small airing cupboard around the boiler. Unfortunately, the door he fitted to this cupboard is too small to allow full access to the boiler, so we can't have it serviced. The easiest solution would be to enlarge the cupboard’s door opening, and fit a new door with hinges. If that's not practical, though, we would pay for the cupboard to be dismantled and rebuilt. In addition, the toilet seat fitted at the time has broken. We have a replacement, but would like this to be fitted (which requires dismantling the toilet).
