Job description:Old 3 piece suite & shower cubicle to remove and replace with new. Toilet to be moved to an adjacent wall. New lighting arrangement, towel radiator and extractor fan to fit. Under floor heating installation & fully tiled floor to ceiling. Ceiling & walls may need re-boarding. Would consider wet room design if budget allows.
