Job description:Division of existing large bathroom into a smaller bathroom with shower and a cloakroom with WC and basin ( or if possible another compact bathroom with shower). Removal of existing bathtub and installation of shower cubicle with shower wall panels for easy maintenance. May require repositioning existing washbasin. All flooring- marmoleum. Walls require tiling partly. Building a new doorway into the adjoining bedroom and fitting a door. Installing Exhaust fans. Due to expenses incurred with moving house cost to be kept reasonable.
