Job description:Location; Leicester city centre LE1 6HB (converted apartments, secure off-road parking, lift) Supply materials only. Room size 2095 by 2325; height 2775. 1 door, no window. Job; On top of existing wood strip floor create L shape raised floor area with plumbing beneath. Surface with marine ply or suitable surface for 900mm quadrant tray, granite floor tiles and existing freestanding bath to stand on. Dismantle existing glass block feature panel (8 by 3 blocks in stud wall) and remake/reframe as 8 by 1 block vertical feature to avoid intended shower cubicle. Make good the gap on both sides of wall with plasterboard/skim. Replace existing push fit plastic plumbing and waste pipes with similar. Fit plumbing behind stud wall for exposed shower valve. Move existing full height column bath filler. Move existing towel rail radiator (GCH). Fit new glass pedestal basin; pipes require small length of chanelling into concrete block wall. Channel electric cable above basin for possible future illuminated mirror. Tile visible raised floor areas with 310mm sq granite floor tiles, chrome trim to exposed edges. Tile walls with ceramic tile mainly brick bond with decorative trim, to just below full height. Fit exposed valve shower with overhead exposed riser pipe. Fit glass quadrant shower cubicle.
