Job description:Strip out 3m X 1.7m 3 piece family bathroom, probably all plaster board to be replaced (timber frame house). Mira shower mixer unit to be retained if possible (combi boiler). Replace 3 piece bathroom suite, box in pipes as required, basin in surround. Full height tiles around bath, half height elsewhere. Possibly replace radiator with heated towel rail.
