Job description:Fit only, not supply. Room is approx 2mx1m. Back wall and one side is brick, other side wall is plasterboard. Remove existing wall tiles, make walls good & retile with ceramic tiles. Remove lino & lay ceramic floor tiles (approx area 1mx1m) on chipboard flooring (and fit a ply base). Fit 900mm shower tray & 900m semi-framless pivot shower door. Replace existing shower with new electric shower - cable doesn't need upgrading. Build false wall to bridge gap between shower tray and wall, using aquapanel. Fit cladding on ceiling.
