Job description:New bath, sink and toilet to be fitted. All going back to current places but need all pipes and electrical wires boxed in. Wall Tiles (30x60) on 3 out of 4 walls with mosaic strip on bath wall. Electric underfloor heating and floor tiling (45x45) needs doing. Replace current ceiling light. Paint ceiling and one wall. Electric towel rack to be put up. Mirror to be put up. Toilet roll holder to be put up. Replace wall fan heater. Put up shower curtain rod. Room size - 1.60 x 2.65
