Job description:? Complete bathroom refurbishment ? Old bathroom suite (shower, toilet & sink) removed and replaced with new (p-shaped bath with shower, toilet & sink) ? Stud wall to contain pipes for shower ? Old tiling to be removed and replaced with new all over floor and wall tiles ? Cold water tank & hot water tank to be removed and replaced with new type of electrically heated water tank that eliminates the need for a cold water tank; to be placed up in loft space ? Installation of electrically heated towel rail ? Ceiling to be smoothed and skimmed and 4 recessed lights installed ? Pull light switch to be replaced with normal switch outside bathroom ? Bathroom dimensions 3m long, 1.7m wide, 2.49m high
