Job description:Downstairs bathroom needs new shower cubicle & shower, loo, sink and taps, extractor fan and cabinet.(with shaving socket). Floor and walls also need tiling.
We are also keen to chase some exposed piping but this will depend on overall cost and need advise on the possibility of plumbing a washing machine into an adjacent room, the pipes of which would be linked to this bathroom.
