Installation of bathroom suite,shower screen and laminate flooring in Kensington

Job description:Supply and fit reasonable quality steel bath with sidescreen for shower, basin and toilet. These items to replace existing suite in same position. Therefore no changes to pipework should be required. I believe the existing tiling is sufficiently sound to remain. I would also like the laminate flooring to be replaced and existing pipework just above floor level to be boxed in. The existing bath was poorly fitted and not properly sealed; there has been leakage between bath and wall from the use of the shower. The existing sidescreen was also not particularly good quality and was poorly fitted. I require a more robust installation.
