Remove existing suite and fit new toilet, reposition new half-pedestal wash basin and install Aquafloe shower cubicle (no bath), inc 8.5kw electric shower unit (10mm cable in situ ready for wire-up at fuse-board). Wire up underfloor heating sytem when ready to install. Bathroom dimensions 6'x6' approx.
