Remove old wall and floor tiles, plaster walls and tile wall and floor . remove suspended ceiling, fit plasterboard ceiling and spotlights and extracter. Install electric shower, new cable to be fitted. Install electric towel rail. Install bathroom secondary fittings. Possible change of external soil stack.
