Job description:Supply and fit new combi boiler in new location. (Loft) Possible Soil Stack relocation (advice required) Fit (possibly supply) water softener in Kitchen. Building work associated with knocking through w/c and bathroom (currently separate) and extending current space. Re-fitting doors and frames. Installation of Bath, separate Shower, Sink and Toilet with plumbing for all taps and valves. 2 x heated towel rails. Power for lighting, ventilation and heating elements for towel rails. Tiling on walls and floor.
