Job description:Existing downstairs bathroom is a 6' x 3' extension leading off of the kitchen with an approx 2' x 3' looby area leading to garden. Require external door bricked up and toilet relocating to this area, replace half bath with stone shower tray and enclosure, wash basin, floor and wall tiling, install extractor fan. All plumbing and electrical work required. No plans currently drawn up, need to discuss what can be achieved with such a limited space.
