Job description:Refurbishing small bathroom in terraced house. Room is approx. 2.5 x 2.5 metres. Removing old bathroom suite (WC, sink and bath (with shower head connected to taps)) and wall tiles and lino flooring. Replacing with new suite - which will be white and in keeping with style of house - i.e. Georgian. Shower currently attached to wall with window. This needs to be moved to opposite (internal) wall. Quote also to include cost of tiling and painting walls. Radiator to be rplaced with heated towel rail tupe raidator. Also need old single glazed window removing and replacing with new double glazed window. That needs to be wooden framed - not PVC. Extractor fan and light fitting also to be replaced. They are to work independently of eachother though - we don't want fan to be connected to light switch.
