Job description:2m x 2m bathroom requires ripping out and replacing with new bathroom suite in different configuration (dimensions and layout can be provided upon request). All bathroom equipment will be supplied from the Bath Store. Works required: - Removing tiles (on one wall and part of the other wall i.e. around the corner bath, toilet and sink); - Removing and disposing of: corner bath, electric shower, sink, toilet (and toilet access containment); - Plastering (if required upon removal of tiles/installation of shower); - Installation of 'normal' rectangular bath and shower screen; - Installation of new electric shower (includes moving power supply and cold water supply to new location); - Installation of integrated toilet and sink encompassed in an 'all-in-one' fixed furniture layout to new location (where current shower/bath is); - Tiling two full walls and the floor; - Installation of a shaver/power socket at sink location; All works should include any additional plumbing works and skip hire, if required (and should be supplied by the successful tradesman) If I have missed anything or you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to confirm
