Job description:Bathroom measurements are 206cm x 156cm. New white bath and basin (vanity unit)will be in same position as now. New low profile quadrant shower cubicle to be fitted in corner where h&c tanks used to be. Combi boiler fitted in October 2007. New electric power shower to be fitted in cubicle to replace current one over bath.All pipework and existing cabling circa 5 years old. Also tiling throughout. Toilet is separate from bathroom. New straight back rectangular toilet e.g. Roma/Roca to hide waste pipe. No flooring or ceiling work required.
