Refit bedroom into bathroom in Middleton

Job description:I would like my bathroom moved from the top floor of my home to a middle bedroom. This would include, removal of exsisting bathroom, tiles ect. and having a new bathroom suite with separate shower and tiling. Obviously this would mean moving pipe work to a lower level, as the bedroom is directly below the exsisting bathroom, this should not be a big job. I intend to turn the bathroom into a bedroom from daughter, so this would have to be left in a reasonable good order with the exsisting shower being removed and the area made safe.
