Job description:3 jobs that need doing (1) replacement of a bathroom suite - 1 bath, 1 sink, 1 toilet. (2) removal and replacement of bathroom tiles. The relevant areas are: 190cm x 170 cm, 215 cm x 40 cm, 85cm x 50cm, 85cm x 28cm, 85 cm x 33cm (3) Replacement of extractor fan I would provide materials, or purchase through the supplier. (4) Replace existing electric shower with a new one. Budget request does not include cost of materials. Ideally, the job will be completed by 9th october 2008.
