Install a shower (new) and an open trayfree shower enclosure. Waterproof and slip proof complete floor (tile or vinyl covering) and create drainage for open shower area. Assess existing wall tiles (100% coverage) Install Bidet (new) and basin/toilet suite. Assess ventilation requirements and install if needed. Assess lighting requirements and install as required. Removal and disposal of any waste building materials/ plumbing materials (get a skip in)
