Job description:We are investors just moving into the Margate area for buy to lets. We are looking to build a team of reliable local contractors we can work with on several projects over the longer term and who would also be willing to help us cost jobs prior to purchase if necessary. Our first flat is in need of a bathroom makeover as it has old peach/fawn suite and tiles - functional but a bit old fashioned.
