Job description:we had a damaged kitchen ceiling and have had the ceiling replaced - in doing so we discovered a rotten floor joist in the bathroom, which is above the kitchen. We now require a complete bathroom overall, this will include re sighting the boiler into the kitchen. Ripping out the bathroom and an airing cupboard. New ceiling and lighting including an extractor fan. We aim to make the bathroom into a wet room. Bathroom has been designed. Project to take place January- February 2012
