Re-fit kitchen and bathroom in Westbrook

Job description:I can give you some more details about the sizes of the rooms: Bathroom 1m77cm x 1m53cm Kitchen 2m95cm x 1m31cm Both rooms have been stripped of all units and appliances except the wall-mounted boiler. These are approx, but you get an idea of how small these two really are! This will be in a rental property for us, so we are keen to get the work completed asap. The kitchen currently has a door out to the garden but we want this to be bricked up and left as a window only, so that would need to be done. I think we would want the kitchen and bathroom to be tiled walls with a vinyl floor covering. We also be need to 'tidy up' the bedroom - it currently has a very poorly installed cupboard space that needs to be made good - is that something you might be able to undertake too?
