Job description:We need somebody to: 1) Plaster walls and ceiling. 2) Install toilet, sink, bath, electric shower (above bath), shower screen, towel warmer, toilet roll holder and extractor fan. 3) Tile the walls and floor. 4) Move light switch and electric shower switch from inside to outside the bathroom. 5) Do a thorough, well finished job. It's more than likely that we'll also need them to remove the sink, bath and toilet. We'll get the existing tiles off and rip up the laminate flooring. We have plans (from B&Q). It's a small bathroom, but I don't have the sizes. To give you an idea, there's just enough room in it to fit the bath, toilet and sink. Don't have any room for storage. We have all the equipment ready to go, except valves for the towel warmer. We'd also like new waste pipes for the toilet and sink (don't know the exact names for these), which we'd want you to supply or tell us which ones to get. I only want someone who will do a good, well finished job. I want a reputable tradesperson who sends out an invoice and accepts payment by cheque or card. No cash-in-hand jobs. Been bitten by dodgy workmen in the past.
