Job description:Ensuite shower room (no toilet) - remove existing shower and sink, tiles and carpet. Fit small amount of underfloor heating, floor tiles, new shower and sink. Tile walls. replace pendant light with two ceiling spotlights. Family bathroom - replace existing toilet and sink with wall-mounted ones. Remove lino, fit underfloor heating and new tiled floor. Remove electric bar heater and make good. Replace ceiling light with 2 spots. Replace bath panel. Replace shower curtain with folding shower screen on bath. Shower, sinks etc to be supplied by customer in consultation with tradesman and advice may be needed re shower type, eg pump etc.
