Bathroom relayout, tile & floor (7ft by 10ft ish!) in Dene

Job description:A full renovation of bathroom. We currently have toilet, sink, bath & shower over bath - we want new units and to move the bath sideways on and install a shower cubicle in the place. We'll need additional tiling as the "wet" area will be bigger. I don't think the walls have been tended to for a long time, and the house is 1930s so possibly additional work required for attention to walls. We're also looking to sort ceiling (currently painted but has some mould) and floor (currently stripped to boards - looking to floor tile). Room is roughly 7ft by 10ft - apologies I don't have exact measurements on me!

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
