Secure exisitng toilet. tile up to 1.2 meters high Main Bathroom - Remove plaster to rear wall, insulate, re - board and plaster. Remove walls to shower and install new shower enclosure(1200) and shower valve to run off combi. fit new radiator and tile up to 1.2 metres
