Job description:Floorboards around the toilet in an upstairs Tyneside flat very loose and require replacing. Because of the damaged floorboards the toilet threatening to fall through the floor to the downstairs flat. The floorboards require replacing, a new toilet unit may need to be purchased and installed and, the ceiling in the downstairs flat immediately below the toilet needs to be replaced. Size of the affected area 60cm x 60cm and is in the corner of the bathroom.
