Job description:fit toilet, sink and bath in positions in existing bathroom. Box pipework in. Fit shower to combi boiler which is 2 floors up. Pipework may need installing. Pipework will need boxing in. New internal manhole cover needed with recess to tile in. New powerful extractor fan needed. Tile floor, approx 2m x 2m. Tile shower walls aprox 1.8m x 3m. Job needs completing early next year, Jan/ Feb.
