Job description:Small area, approx 6' x 7'. Professionally qualified design required. All fittings (bath,shower,toilet,basin, heated towel rail, cabinet/cupboard) to be replaced, replace existing window with new timber window, new door (in existing doorway), retiling as necessary, dependent on the design. Minor change to stud walling (to replace interior windows), Plastering over artex ceiling (also landing ceiling). New tiled floor, and floor-boarding where necessary. Maybe new pipes depending on design. This is a complete design and installation job.
