Job description:Sall victorain terrace. Downstairs toilet room at back of house. Need repair or replacement of plumbing to exisiting toilet, or possibly a new toilet. Installation of hand sink if room allows. Repair to plaster behind toilet with some dampproofing if needed. Tiling of floor (currently concrete screed) and lower part of wall. Discuss the possibility of some sort of heating if room allows. This room houses the valliant combi boiler, due it's annual service.
