Job description:Remove old bath washbasin & Pedestal including toilet pan and cistern. Remove electric shower and make all pipe work good. Remove wet room floor covering and making good flooring. Removal of all tiles from walls Removal of all rubbish from site Replacing the items with: - New Bathroom suite including washbasin pan & cistern. Chrome towel radiator 1100 x 500 Glass shower screen New chrome radiator valves 1 new electric shower pipes to be channelled into wall Wall tiles 17sq metres Floor tiles Edging strips around all window edges Water resistant adhesive Grout All pipe work to have isolation valves fitted. New flooring is to be laid. Floor to be ply lined and bonded before tiling. All skirting to be removed prior to tiling, so tiles wall and floor meet. Towel radiator to be fitted by the area that the bath is situated at present. Channel in cold water supply pipe work for the shower Window tiles to be edged with trim. All floor area to be sealed water tight at the end.
