Job description:Renovation; en suite room size 8 ft x 5ft approx; remove and clear the following: breeze block non load bearing wall (one side of present shower), shower tray, toilet and basin; make good any wall/ceiling plastering; replace shower tray, new side panels and door (glass); retile shower area. Tradesmen to suggest 1. possible replacement units. 2. feasibility of changing present door to sliding/bi-fold. 3. new flooring. No electrical work necessary.
