Job description:Replace existing fittings with new. Walls currently wallpapered over tiles, full wall. Old tiles need removing, and replacing with new. Not requiring full wall tiling on all walls. Walls may need skimming? Also, floor to be repaired and skirting replaced. This is a small, groundfloor bathroom in a terraced house.
