Job description:Tiles on the bottom row of the shower cubicle have come loose and the wall behind is wet. Could be a water leak from the shower supply over a long period of time - evidence of damp on the floor when I have opened up the adjoining plaster board wall to inspect how much damage there is. Insurance Co advised and authorised claim to be made. Would like oportunity to explore benefits of repair v replace in a different location within the bathroom by removing the bath which is huge but our boiler does not haver the capacity to produce enough hot water to fill it.
