Small job just need new seals needed between bath and tiles in Thorpe Hamlet

Job description:old seals betwen the bath and the tiles are terrible have tryed sorting myself and have failed along one side there is a gap of appox 1cm, also need some type of lip on one corner to stop water comeing over the edge, also have a small leek under bathroom sink think just needs new washer but would rather be sure
