Job description:We would like to overhaul the bathroom as it is currently experiencing a damp problem. The grouting has become black and black patches appear on the paint work. The extractor fan is not particularly powerful so we would need a new fan, we would like to instal a heated towel rail and hopefully retile the walls. The bathroom is small, off our kitchen in a terraced house.
