Job description:Small room with toilet only, next to slightly larger room with sink and bath. Bath has shower over. The solid wall between the toilet and the bathroom needs to be taken out, the doorway into the bathroom needs to be blocked up and the old door into the toilet needs to rehang to open to the left not the right. 2 radiators need to be relocated (new units to install) but pipes are under the concrete floor. Bath and sink need relocating (new bath with overshower will be bought) but toilet can remain where it is. Extractor fan needs to be fitted and areas need tiling. There is some other electrical work required to the rest of the house but for the bathroom, power required for extractor, and lighting circuit needs to be changed for switching etc.
