Job description:A lino and plywood floor needs removing to find out what state the wooden floorboards underneath are in. The bathroom would have originally been a bedroom, as it is a Victorian house, so I am assuming the floor is not designed to hold a very heavy bath. I had a recent quote of £50 from my regular plumber (who can't do it now for health reasons).
