Job description:We wish to have the bathroom ceiling removed and raised up into the void above, introduce a skylight, new lighting, fully board and re-plaster entire bathroom. Once this work is complete (or at the same time if a cost saving) we wish to raise the bathroom floor 5 inches to hide all poipework, install a new suite, tile floor. If funds alow, we wish to move the combi-biler to teh kitchen, and install new kitchen (although the bathroom ceiling is number one priority). Bathroom is traditional edwardian extension 3rd bed conversion approx 10 x 7 feet.
