Job description:I have bought a house and I need to do internal alterations. The present bathroom was originally a bedroom. I am looking to return back the present bathroom to a bedroom and install a new bathroom in the next door room which is already modified to be a bathroom by the builder which I used. The details of the job are listed below: 1- Remove all the pipes and the units from the old bathroom. 2- Install a new bathroom in the next door room, which will include Basin, Toilet, Radiator, bath and Electric shower. 3- Install the radiator for the new bathroom. 4- Size of the new bathroom is 2440mm * 2000mm. 5- The Bath, Toilet, Basin, Basin Taps, Bath Tap, Electric shower and Radiators are provided. 6- All electrical staff for the new bath will be included in the job. 6- Tilling, flooring and decorating service is not included. 7- Install a Tap water in the Garden. 8- Moving one of the Radiators in one of the bedroom a side. 9- Change three old Radiators to new one in the ground floor. 10- Change the old Radiator valves to a new thermostat one.
