All equipment is ordered, ie bathtub, basin/vanity unit, loo but a new shower needs to be built in the room, concealed cabinets on one wall, all tiles (floor to ceiling) stripped out and replastered, some splashback tiles put up, new low-voltage lights in ceiling (flat roof over)
