Bathroom refit and adding of extra hand basin in Headington

Job description:Two rooms: bathroom and WC. WC: 1) remove existing toilet and fit replacement (currently high-level cistern type). Soil stack is on inside of house and boxed in - box can be removed as we'll be redecorating anyway 2) install small hand basin (wherever's best; not fussy as to placement) BATHROOM: 1) remove basin and fit replacement 2) remove bath and fit replacement 3) install thermostatic mixer shower (we have a combi boiler and good water pressure) 4) replace radiator with heated towel rail Plumbing and installation only required; plastering, tiling, decorating etc to be done by us/other vendors. We'll provide parts if necessary but are happy to discuss procurement. Layout of room can be however you think best. We have a budget of around £3000 all-in.
